What is mental fitness?
In modern society we are bombarded from all sides by stimulation.
New technology, and an increasingly uncertain world, alongside typical life stresses can have a chaotic effect on the mind.
Through mental fitness workshops, I deliver a series of evidence based, tailored sessions that focus on a generalised, proactive approach to mental wellbeing. These sessions are centred on evidence based tools, focusing on a few core areas:

Mental fitness is not a replacement for specialist mental health support or services, it is instead a generalised and proactive approach to managing our own mental wellbeing. A useful comparison may be working with a personal trainer, for your physical health.
