What is mental fitness?

Mental Fitness is a proactive, relatable approach to managing our mind that combines several approaches such as positive psychology, philosophy, neuroscience and mindbody tools.

Through mental fitness workshops, we distill all of this into three easy to understand and distinct ‘pathways’...

  • STILL: Managing stress and finding calm

  • FLOW: Harnessing attention, creativity & memory

  • RISE: Building resilience and motivation

Our mental landscape is a complex place, and everyone is unique, as such the sessions I lead have a few core principles:

My focus is in accessible, engaging and most importantly practical sessions that help anchor people in a sense of empowerment, coming away with tools to better understand and manage their mind.
