Qigong

Qigong (pronounced Chi-Gong) is an ancient mind-body practice originating in China, involving flowing, gentle movements & guided breathwork, with numerous mental and physical health benefits.

Qigong is both an internal and external art. The physical forms involve precise sequenced movements designed to channel energy and blood flow throughout specific pathways. The movements develop balance, flexibility & coordination.

The internal work of Qigong is designed to cultivate deep relaxation, ease of breathing and calm mental focus. A wonderful antidote to a chaotic modern world.

With ancient roots, Qigong is a contemporary, evolving practice, with modern research continuing to prove the healing benefits.

My Qigong practice began in 2010, studying under Master Simon Lau. I completed my formal Instructor training with the British Health Qigong Association in 2023.

I teach weekly classes in London, as well as 1-1 coaching and corporate workshops.
